But in a good way! Back from my training in Portland. I am now a Nia Blue Belt! It was so energizing, learning and dancing with so many others, there was such great energy in the room!
Lots of ahhhhs, ohsss, and yeses! You will be hearing/using more sound and breath in my classes. That was one of my goals before I went along with improving my floor play. Mission accomplished!
It was fantastic and inspiring to work with the founders, Debbie and Carlos. They are such masters of their craft and great teachers. So warm and inviting, so accepting of us, wherever we are in our practice, and yet professional at the same time.
You can count on me bringing new energy to my classes! See you on the dance floor!
