Well spring is finally here and it makes me think about holding Nia classes outside. I'll be looking for a good spot with even ground.
May's schedule will be changing as I am doing my next level of Nia training in Portland, OR. May 15-23rd.
I'm very excited about finally meeting the programs' creators- Debbie and Carlos. I hear they are wonderful spirits. It will be intense I'm sure as 7 days is a long time. But I am looking forward to it all and bringing my new depth of knowledge to my students.
