Love Your Body Workshop

Nia has been called, “The Love Your Body Workout.”’ and that is exactly why it feels so good. Nia is an integrative approach to health and wellness that creates a loving relationship with the body, where your innate sense of pleasure becomes the source of body conditioning. Nia's FreeDance is designed to break movement habits and take you into the source of your authentic dance. In this workshop you will experience both structured and free movement of all kinds, how awareness of form and freedom stimulates creative choice, the loving nature of the human body in action and rest , dancing without censoring to gain more energy and power, a deeper connection to self, community, music, and your own dance. fun and meaningful tools for transformation and healing. Nia is designed to be adapted to all levels of fitness and wellness. Nia is for anyone who loves to move and be moved. There will be a variety of danceable music to stir your body and Soul.
