How Does It Feel?

Tell us about your experience doing Nia. What does it do for you?

  1. At the Gentle Nia class this morning, someone shared that they felt they have improved the flexibility in their feet and they noticed their balance is much better.
    Another student mentioned feeling more coordinated. She said the steps are more into her body and she doesn't need to think about the steps as much.

  2. I agree with the comments above and find Nia to be both invigorating and relaxing. Anytime I can do something good for my body in the form of exercise and be disappointed when the hour is up already has to be a good thing!
