There's nothing like jumping right in!

Hello!
I am new to Halifax, new to blogging, and new to starting my own business, but here goes!
The Nia Technique is the best thing I have found since red wine and chocolate.
I love it so much I am teaching it to keep it alive in me.
Presently taking baby steps, holding classes in the St. Margarets and Hammonds Plains area. I hope to generate more interest and get others to take a teacher training and start networking.
